Never leave eyeshadow palettes in the bathroom cabinet. Heat & humidity from long showers can ruin the texture, consistency and shelf life of your shadows-turning it into something you really don’t want to put over your eyes!
Ruby Lips From Vintage to Modern: this timeless classic can be easily made new again with a few tints of other colors and a swipe of gloss!
Pale Skin: think Gwen Stefani’s ruby red lips! Apply generously with a red cream gloss (gloss will keep reds looking casual for day wear) or matte red for retro chic. For the shy, try tangerine reds - a juicy spring color that’ll give you ruby red without being overpowering.
Medium/olive Skin: besides straight up red, medium skintones also work well with a shot of raspberry for a modern twist. So look for rubies that have pink tints.
Dark Skin: splash on intense colors like deep red with hints of rich wine. Bright red will work for some, but for everyday chic, stick to red burgundies that get you noticed without being overpowering!
